Dressed in a bold costume that included a fake tan, mullet, arm tattoos, a bushy beard, denim overalls, and an American flag cowboy hat, Druski, whose real name is Drew Desbordes, blended in seamlessly at the event. He was seen singing 'Born in the USA', clinking beers, and sharing a cigarette with a woman. The skit was set in a suburban or urban neighborhood, a typical backdrop for Druski's comedic style that plays on everyday life scenarios.

The clip, accompanied by the sound of James Brown's 'It's a Man's Man's Man's World', showcased Druski's transformation in intricate detail.
