In the small town of Beusloe, a disturbing incident took place on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. An employee of the Ostholstein district was assaulted while setting up a speed camera on Kreisstraße 59.
According to the Police Directorate Luebeck, the suspect, described as a slim, approximately 1.85m tall individual, was wearing a black leather suit and rode a black-silver motorcycle. The motorcycle's license plate was not visible during the incident.
The incident occurred around 13:30, when the motorcyclist stopped and insulted a 50-year-old woman who was setting up the speed camera. After the woman did not respond, the motorcyclist kicked her. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance and sustained an injury.
The police station in Grömitz has initiated an investigation into the suspicion of insult and assault. Anyone with observations or information about the suspect is asked to contact the police at 04562/22000 or by email at [email protected].

The suspect spoke German with an accent, but the accent could not be further identified. After the incident, the suspect drove off towards Logeberg on Kreisstraße 59.
