In an exciting development for tech enthusiasts in India, EC Media International has launched the Wink Wire, an innovative e-reader designed for reading e-books, listening to music, playing games, and browsing the internet. EC Media has partnered with several renowned publishing houses like Penguin, Roli, Oxford University, Harper Collins, and more, to offer their books on the Wink. This e-reader is also capable of comprehending 15 Indian languages, making it a versatile choice for readers across the country.

The Wink supports a wide range of document formats including PDF, MS Word, Rich Text Format (RTF), HTML, and TXT. It is also compatible with image files of the type JPEG, GIF, TIF, and BMP, and audio files like MP3 and AAC.

One of the most exciting features of the Wink is the upcoming 3G version, which is set to be released soon. This new version will further enhance the user experience by providing faster internet access.
