Edward T Wheadon House's Level 3 customer service desk will be temporarily shutting down for a duration of two days.
Edward T Wheadon House, a hub for various government services, has announced a temporary closure of its level 3 customer counter. The closure, scheduled for September 19 and 22, is part of a programme to ensure the resilience of the building's electrical infrastructure.
During this period, tenants with Social Housing Tenancy queries can continue to reach out to the tenancy team via email at [email protected]. For those who prefer in-person interactions, the Driver & Vehicle Licensing Counter on Level 1 will assist all the mentioned teams.
Revenue Service customers can still manage their payments online at gov.gg/payit or update their coding notice at gov.gg/updatecoding. This includes paying rent for Social Housing Tenants, who can also pay at a post office or by phone at 226550.
It's important to note that all other services within Edward T Wheadon House will remain operational during the closure. For Revenue Service enquiries, customers can email [email protected] or call 225700.
The renewal of the electrical infrastructure is being led by the building management team in collaboration with licensed electrical contractors. Many online payments, such as for parking tickets, income tax, and TRP, can be made through "pay it" at gov.gg/payit. A full list of services that can be paid online through "pay it" can be found at gov.gg/payit.
For maintenance queries, call 223465 or email the property team at [email protected]. The Traffic Management team can be contacted at [email protected] and by phone at 222100, while the Highways team can be reached at [email protected] and by the same phone number. The Public Transport team can be contacted at [email protected] and by phone at 222100.
The level 3 customer counter will reopen to the public on Tuesday, 23 September, at 8:45am. For any updates or changes, we advise keeping an eye on gov.gg or contacting the relevant teams directly.
