Elderly Individual Victimized in Robbery Incident - Police Report 0584

In the quiet morning of Obervieland, Bremen, an 85-year-old man fell victim to a robbery that left him injured. At around 10:05 AM, the doorbell of his home rang, and a suspect, believed to be around 30 years old, approximately 180 cm tall, with a narrow face, short dark hair, wearing a gray short-sleeved shirt or polo shirt, and long pants, was let in.

The alleged profiler made false claims of investigating break-ins in the area, and later, in the privacy of the elderly man's home, stole jewelry and cash that were on the living room table, packing them into bags. The robber also assaulted the senior, causing severe bruises, and fled towards the Karl-Carstens Bridge (Strawberry Bridge).

Following the incident, the senior was taken to the hospital by ambulance. The Police of Bremen have taken over the investigation, with the Criminal Investigation Department now leading the case.
