Elite Competition Showcases Advanced Rope Technology by Petzl in 2025!

The Petzl RopeTrip 2025 - German Swiss Edition is set to take place at the Zentrum für Sicherheit und Ausbildung der Bergwacht Bayern, Am Sportpark 6, 83646 Bad Tölz, on the 26th and 27th of September, 2025. This event, part of the German-speaking rope access scene, offers a unique opportunity for both professionals and the general public to witness a competition for professional rope access technicians.

On the first day, Friday, September 26, 2025, the competition begins with qualifications starting at 10h. The semifinals and finals will take place on Saturday, September 27, starting at 9h, with the main events from noon. The competition involves realistic tasks that mimic the daily work of rope access technicians, such as rescuing a person in height, overcoming complex rope structures, and precisely moving loads.
