In a strategic move to support future growth and provide a smarter, more consistent workspace for staff, Devonshires Solicitors have relocated to the Aire Park development. The new office space, designed to reflect the company's identity and direction, features a standout AV system.

Universal AV, audiovisual specialists, collaborated with Devonshires Solicitors on this project. Their team provided honest advice, ensuring informed decisions were made throughout the process. The AV system installed by Universal AV is stable, flexible, and works regardless of the room's configuration.

The large meeting room, initially a concern due to its complex layout and acoustic issues, was optimized by Universal AV. It is now considered one of the best spaces in the building, offering a seamless, immersive classroom experience.

The solutions in the new office space were designed to be easy to use, enable room booking, and facilitate simple video calls. GoBright, an intuitive room booking system, was installed complete with East Coast seaside town themed room names. The system is integrated with the AV system, making room bookings effortless.

YEALink-based video conferencing systems were installed throughout the office, offering a consistent user experience across all offices. The installed systems allow for simple video calls, making collaboration between offices seamless.

Universal AV worked with design consultants Bluebottle and fit-out contractor Design Tonic to replicate the user-friendly experience of the London office. The solutions in the new office space were intended to make traveling between offices feel comfortable with familiar technology and inclusive design.

The AV solutions for the large divisible meeting room were developed by Alkaway. Solutions installed in this room needed to be flexible and intuitive, regardless of the room's configuration. The proactive, responsive, and collaborative approach of the Universal AV team was praised throughout the project.
