Establishes its board of decision-makers: The Future Remains Indifferent
The Future Is NEUTRAL, a pioneering company in the sustainable solutions sector, has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors. The new lineup, comprising industry veterans Jean-Philippe Bahuaud, Véronique Sarlat-Depotte, and Lyonel Rouve, brings extensive experience and expertise from the automotive and waste management sectors.
Jean-Philippe Bahuaud, the new CEO of The Future Is NEUTRAL, began his career in the manufacturing industry at the PSA Group. He later held various international positions before becoming director of strategy for automotive and semiconductor activities at Samsung in Korea. Prior to his appointment at NEUTRAL, Bahuaud was CEO of a renowned beverage company, Heineken.
Lyonel Rouve, the CEO of the Specialized Flows Business Unit of SUEZ, joins the Board with a wealth of experience. Rouve, a graduate of SKEMA Business School, joined the SUEZ group in 2001 and has held various positions in finance and operational roles. He became CEO of SUEZ Trading & Industrial Services in France, director of international major projects, and CEO Europe & Group SVP Strategy. In 2023, Rouve was appointed CEO of the Specialized Flows Business Unit, which operates in the dismantling and recycling of plastics and metals.
Véronique Sarlat-Depotte, a member of the Leadership Team of Renault Group, brings a rich background in the automotive industry to The Future Is NEUTRAL. Sarlat-Depotte joined Renault in 1989 and has held various positions at Renault and Nissan in France and Japan. In 2016, she became CEO of the joint purchasing organization between Renault and Nissan, which became the Alliance Purchasing Organization in 2018. In 2021, she was appointed secretary-general of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance and became a member of the Board of Management of Renault Group.
The Board of Directors will ensure the joint application of the governance rules, support the company's development strategy, explore expansion opportunities, and monitor the development of each subsidiary and the consolidated group. The new leadership aims to propel The Future Is NEUTRAL towards a future of sustainable growth and innovation.
