EU Commission Grants Acquisition of TUJA Group
The Commission of European Communities has approved the takeover of Tuja Group by Adecco, the world market leader in Human Resource services, on July 25, 2007. This move marks a significant expansion for Adecco, as the regulatory conditions of the takeover have been fulfilled without any conditions or obligations.
