Consultation by the Commission on the proposed directive aimed at harmonizing member states' laws for safeguarding workers from risks associated with chemical exposure.

European regulatory body consulted on planned directive to harmonize national laws safeguarding workers from chemical hazards.

Susan Saß has taken up a new role as the Head of Communications at the Stainless Steel Association, effective from mid-March. In her new position, she oversees all internal and external communications of the organisation.

Prior to joining the Stainless Steel Association, Saß was the Head of Corporate Communications at Familie Redlich, a family-owned agency. Her responsibilities at Familie Redlich included strategy development, content creation, and organisational implementation, much like her current role at the Stainless Steel Association.

Saß's team assists her in managing the communications of the Stainless Steel Association. One of her key responsibilities is to coordinate media appearances for the organisation. She reports directly to Kerstin Maria Rippel, the CEO of the Stainless Steel Association.

In her new role, Saß is tasked with managing and coordinating communications related to the stainless steel industry. This includes developing strategies, creating content, and implementing organisational changes to effectively communicate the association's messages.

The specifics of Saß's previous role in the communications department at Stahlverband-Stahlstähle e.V. are not publicly available. However, her extensive background in the communications industry has undoubtedly prepared her for this new challenge.

The Stainless Steel Association, under Saß's leadership, aims to strengthen its communications efforts and foster a better understanding of the stainless steel industry among its stakeholders.
