Exhibits Begin 2004 with Spectacular Display at ASI Trade Show Booth
Advertising Specialty Institute Unveils New Show Booth at ASI Show 2004
Thorofare, NJ-based exhibit designer and builder, Art Guild, has partnered with the Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) to create a state-of-the-art show booth for the upcoming ASI Show! in Orlando on January 3, 2004.
ASI, the largest member organization in the promotional products industry, is set to unveil this new booth, which boasts a one-stop business center providing ASI members with access to essential office equipment such as fax machines, phones, copiers, and ASI's InfoLine.
Timothy M. Andrews, ASI's president, expressed his excitement about the new booth, stating that it has the potential to demonstrate ASI's continued strong commitment to members and the industry.
The new booth features training and conference areas surrounded by larger-than-life interchangeable photos of professionals at work. Each work station is equipped with sleek, new Gateway Profile 4MX all-in-ones for product demonstrations.
Two ASI identification cylinders, each 4 feet high and 16 feet in diameter, will be suspended overhead, displaying the red ASI logo. Additionally, two additional PCs have been set up outside the classroom area for visitors to check their email, free of charge.
The exhibition booth concept for ASI was developed by the design agency Fertile Ground. The designers of the space, Art Guild, worked closely with ASI for several months to achieve a look that is both practical and eye-catching, incorporating comments from distributors and suppliers.
The new ASI show booth spans 3,500 square feet and includes custom carpeting beneath ten free-standing, dual-sided work stations, each representing an ASI product area. The booth mirrors the spirit of ASI - high-tech, progressive, welcoming, upbeat, and inviting.
Art Guild has a history of building exhibits and displays for companies and museums such as DuPont, Panasonic, Mannington, SEGA, Yale Universityβs Peabody Museum, and the Childrenβs Museum in Baltimore.
The ASI hot dog cart, a tradition started over thirty years ago, will be present in the booth space. Over 6,000 kosher cocktail wieners are consumed by guests at each ASI show.
ASI offers a variety of interactive business, marketing, and selling tools, in addition to catalogs, informational directories, newsletters, magazines, Web sites, and databases. ASI's InfoLine is a real-time product research service for ASI member distributors staffed by experienced researchers.
Visitors to the ASI Show! in Orlando on January 3, 2004, are in for a treat as they experience the new ASI show booth firsthand.
