Extreme Right Wing Terrorist Group Members Arrest Warrants Announced by Authorities

In a series of disturbing events, three individuals - Devin K., Claudio S., and Justin W. - have been in pre-trial detention since mid-February 2025, accused of participating in a domestic terrorist organization and plotting acts of violence against the democratic form of government in Germany.

The right-wing extremist terrorist organization, "Letzte Verteidigungswelle (L.V.W)", is believed to have been established no later than mid-April 2024. The members of L.V.W consider themselves as a last resort to defend the "German Nation" and aim to collapse the democratic form of government.

Devin K., who is suspected of preparing an offense with explosives and committing a violation of the Explosives Act, is believed to have procured two ball bombs in the Czech Republic for an incendiary attack on an asylum seekers' facility in Senftenberg in early January 2025. Claudio S. and Justin W., on the other hand, attempted to set ablaze an asylum seekers' facility by smashing a window and attempting to shoot battery fireworks-style pyrotechnics into the building on 5 January 2025.

Claudio S. and Devin K. are also believed to have conspired to commit an act of murder. Moreover, they are suspected of criminal damage and attempted particularly severe arson.

The Federal Public Prosecutor's Office has seized jurisdiction over the proceedings and all three suspects have been brought before the Investigating Judge at the Federal Court of Justice. The arrest warrants issued by the Investigating Judge of the Federal Court of Justice substitute those of the local courts in Dresden and Gera.

Claudio S. and Justin W., during the commission of the crime, spray-painted messages such as "L.V.W", "Ausländer raus", "Deutschland den Deutschen", "NS-Gebiet", and drew swastikas and SS runes, as well as saluted with the "Hitlergruß".

The L.V.W targets mostly migrants and political opponents, with criminal offenses including incendiary and explosives attacks on asylum seekers' facilities and parties from the left political spectrum. Devin K. is suspected of committing a serious violent offence endangering the state.
