Fast-paced road traffic handled by Polish authorities
In the early hours of Monday morning, a tragic incident occurred in Duisburg, Germany. A 56-year-old pedestrian was hit by a Mercedes car at the intersection of Margarethenstraße / Werthauser Straße.
According to the Duisburg Police, the driver of the Mercedes, aged 52, failed to yield to the pedestrian, causing the collision. As a result, the pedestrian required hospitalization. The driver will now face charges of reckless bodily harm.
