Federal authorities hunting for individuals affected and potential witnesses following an indecent display onboard ICE 377 train
On August 7, 2025, an exhibitionist incident occurred on the ICE 377 train from Karlsruhe to Offenburg. The incident affected a 30-year-old German national who was travelling on the train.
According to reports, the unknown suspect, described as a man with a scarred face, short hair, and wearing a white t-shirt, light jeans, and sneakers, sat close to the victim during the incident. The individual manipulated his genitals before leaving the train at Baden-Baden station after finishing his actions.
Despite an immediate search, the suspect could not be located. The Federal Police Inspectorate Offenburg has initiated investigations into the incident, which is being treated as a serious matter.
