Federal law enforcement agency makes arrest of a female suspect at Chemnitz Central Station, seizing illicit substances and a Karambit blade.

On August 18, 2025, at 6:30 PM, a 38-year-old German woman was stopped and questioned by federal police officers at Chemnitz Central Station. The encounter led to a series of events that have put the woman at the centre of a criminal investigation.

During the search of her backpack, officers found a clip containing more than 10 grams of a white crystalline substance, presumed to be an illegal drug. Alongside this, several drug paraphernalia were discovered.

Upon further investigation, small amounts of drugs were found in the woman's Zwickau apartment, as well as a stolen and wanted bicycle from Dresden. The search also revealed a karambit knife, a starter pistol, a taser, and two air guns.

The woman could not produce identification at the time of the incident, leading to doubts about her stated identity. This, combined with her history of drug-related offenses as shown on her ID card, has further complicated the case.

The local police have taken over the case for further processing, and the woman is facing investigations for violating the Narcotics Act. Additionally, she is also facing misdemeanor charges for giving a false name.

Despite the findings, the search results do not provide the name of the woman involved. The criminal investigation regarding this incident is ongoing.

As the investigation continues, more details about the woman's involvement in the drug trade may come to light. The public will be kept informed as the case progresses.
