Federal law enforcement seeking public assistance after an injury incident on a public transport platform
A disturbing incident occurred at the Friedrichshall Jagstfeld train station on October 15, 2024. At approximately 10:40 AM, a 41-year-old German national was physically assaulted on platform 3/4.
According to the Federal Police Inspectorate Stuttgart, the victim was verbally assaulted by an unknown suspect for unknown reasons. The suspect, described as a male in his 20s or 30s with a southern appearance, was wearing a white jacket with black stripes and was riding a bicycle.
The victim, concerned about his health due to a heart pacemaker, asked other passengers to inform the police. However, they chose to ignore his request and instead filmed the incident. The victim's health deteriorated so much during the police interrogation that he had to be taken to a nearby hospital.
Witnesses who observed the altercation are asked to contact the Federal Police Inspectorate Stuttgart. The Federal Police have initiated an investigation due to suspicion of bodily harm and failure to provide assistance.
