Figma, a leading design and product development platform, has announced its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange. The offering will consist of 36,937,080 shares of Class A common stock, with each share priced at $33.00.

Starting from July 31, 2025, the shares will trade under the ticker symbol "FIG". The public offering price for each share is $33.00.

Founded in 2012, Figma has evolved from a simple design tool to a connected, AI-powered platform. It is now a platform for turning ideas into digital products and experiences, facilitating a more collaborative, efficient, and enjoyable design and product development process.

The lead and co-managers for Figma's IPO are Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Allen & Co, and J.P. Morgan. BofA Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, and RBC Capital Markets are acting as book-running managers, while William Blair and Wolfe | Nomura Alliance are acting as co-managers for the offering.

Certain selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares to cover over-allotments. A registration statement for these securities was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 30, 2025.

The offering is expected to close on August 1, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
