Initially, the Florida Lottery launched the $1,000,000 a Year for Life Spectacular scratch-off game with a total of 234 prizes of $1 million each[1]. After this latest win, only 61 such lucrative prizes remain unclaimed[1], making the odds of striking it rich 1 in 185,709[1].
Kurbanov recently visited the Florida Lottery's Miami District Office to claim his WIN[2]. He joins the ranks of other lucky winners who have gone on to win top prizes of $1 million a year for life.
