In the heart of Russia, pharmaceutical company OAO "Uralbiopharm" finds itself embroiled in a legal dispute, as part of the government's privatization plan, slated for auction by 2026.

At the centre of the controversy is the recovery of 42.5 million shares of OAO "Omutninskaya Nauchno-Promyshlennaya baza" from LLC "Corona Tech". Uralbiopharm has been seeking this recovery from the balance of LLC "Corona Tech", but the court has yet to rule in their favour. In the meantime, an arrest has been imposed on the property and cash of LLC "Corona Tech" pending the consideration of the case.

However, the court has rejected Uralbiopharm's requests to arrest Malik Gaisin's shares and prohibit certain actions. Malik Gaisin, the former owner of the enterprise, has had property restrictions due to a lawsuit filed by LLC "Aktay-M" and LLC "Vagran".

Uralbiopharm is demanding the termination of a deal involving the purchase of shares in OAO "Omutninskaya Nauchno-Promyshlennaya baza" and their return to Uralbiopharm's account. The nature of the claims against "Salvador", a company located in Yekaterinburg that engages in wholesale trade, remains unknown.

It is worth noting that Uralbiopharm has filed a lawsuit against "Salvador", whose owner and director, according to the Spark system, is Aidyn Gaisin. The prosecutor's office of the Sverdlovsk region and the territorial department of Rosimushchestvo are involved in the case as third parties.

Despite the ongoing legal battle, Uralbiopharm continues to look forward. Half of the production volume of OAO "Uralbiopharm" consists of vital drugs (VEDs). The company has previously recovered movable and immovable property worth 23 million rubles from Malik Gaisin's family.

In a positive development, an agreement for expansion of production was signed between Uralbiopharm and OЭZ "Titanovaya Dolina" at the international Innoprom exhibition in Yekaterinburg. Moreover, 100 new product names are planned for release at Uralbiopharm after moving to Patrushe.

The federal agency "Rosimushchestvo" currently owns the shares of the company OAO "Uralbiopharm". The current owner of the company "Corona Tech," involved in the dispute over the return of 42.5 million shares of OAO "Omutninskaya Nauchno-Promyshlennaya baza," is not identified in the available search results.

As the legal proceedings unfold, Uralbiopharm continues its mission to provide vital drugs and expand its production, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges.
