Gaming Hall of Fame 2024 Inductees Unveiled by AGA

The American Gaming Association (AGA) has unveiled the Gaming Hall of Fame Class of 2024, recognising individuals who have significantly influenced the gaming industry. This year's class includes three notable figures: Jim Allen, Alan Feldman, and Debi Nutton.

Jim Allen, CEO of Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming, is one of the inductees. Allen led the acquisition of Hard Rock International in 2007 and the 2020 launch of Hard Rock Digital. Prior to his current roles, Allen served as the Chairman of the American Gaming Association.

Alan Feldman, another inductee, is a distinguished figure in the gaming industry. He previously worked as an executive at MGM Resorts International, where he played a key role in launching GameSense, a programme promoting responsible gambling. Feldman currently serves as a Director of Strategic Initiatives and Distinguished Fellow in Responsible Gaming at the UNLV International Gaming Institute.

Debi Nutton, a Board Member for Everi Holdings and an Executive Coach-Consultant, is also among the inductees. Nutton began her career as a female dice dealer on the Las Vegas Strip in 1980. She rose through the ranks, holding casino operations executive positions at MGM Resorts and Wynn Resorts. Nutton served as Senior Vice President of Casino Operations and Marketing for MGM and Bellagio, and Executive Vice President of Casino Operation at Wynn Resorts in 2013.

The honorees were selected by an independent panel of gaming executives. The class will be inducted in a ceremony during G2E 2024 in Las Vegas this October. Mark Keast, a long-time sportswriter and editor, most notably with the Toronto Sun, and who has recently covered the sports betting industry in Canada for The Parleh, will likely cover the event.

Jim Allen has overseen all gaming, entertainment, and hospitality operations for the Seminole Tribe of Florida for 44 years. Allen's leadership resulted in the launch of Hard Rock Digital in 2020.

Allen, Feldman, and Nutton join a prestigious group of gaming industry leaders who have been inducted into the Gaming Hall of Fame since its launch in 1989. Their contributions to the gaming industry will undoubtedly continue to shape its future.
