Garrison Brothers' Bourbon Crowned Best in Show at 2025 Las Vegas Global Spirits Awards
Five exceptional bourbons have been recognised at the prestigious 2025 Las Vegas Global Spirits Awards. These spirits were selected from a competitive field, with winners receiving detailed feedback to enhance their quality and marketing. The top honour went to Garrison Brothers for their Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon.
The awards, judged through blind tastings, evaluated entries on a 100-point system, considering appearance, aroma, palate, balance, and finish. Medals were awarded in Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze categories, with special recognition for Best in Category and Best in Show.
Garrison Brothers' triumph was notable, with their Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon, Barrel #14242, earning a near-perfect score of 99/100. This bourbon was crowned both Best Bourbon and Best Corn Whisky. The Texas-based distillery also won with their Balmorhea bourbon. Other finalists included Minden Mill Nevada Straight Bourbon Whiskey and Lythgoe Bourbon, Founders' Collection, 9 Years Old. TINCUP Bourbon, 10 Years Old, was another finalist, showcasing the diversity of styles that made it to the final round.
The 2025 Las Vegas Global Spirits Awards recognised five outstanding bourbons, with Garrison Brothers' Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon taking the top prize. These awards not only celebrate excellence but also provide valuable insights to help producers improve their spirits and marketing strategies.
