Gathering at the Gerbereimuseum for the County Council Association's meeting

The Herford Regional Heritage Association e.V., the umbrella organisation for cultural, museum, heritage, and nature conservation associations in the Herford district, has announced that its annual general meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 3rd, at 6 PM. The venue for this year's meeting is the Tannery Museum in Enger.

The annual report of the regional heritage custodian will be presented at the meeting, providing insights into the association's activities and achievements over the past year. Additionally, a vote on the admission of a new member association is scheduled, offering an opportunity for new organisations to join the Herford Regional Heritage Association e.V.

The election of new chairpersons and deputy representatives from the cities and municipalities in the Herford district is also on the agenda. The current chairpersons of the member associations are expected to attend the meeting.

Traditionally, the annual general meeting is complemented by a cultural framework program. This year, the program includes a guided tour of the Tannery Museum, providing attendees with an in-depth exploration of the museum's exhibits. A lecture on the restoration of the tannery is also part of the program, offering insights into the preservation of this historical site.
