Global banking sector receives a boost as Finshape completes acquisition of Realtime-XLS

Finshape, a leading digital banking solutions provider, has announced its first acquisition of a global product business – Realtime-XLS from the Collinson Group. The acquisition extends Finshape's international footprint, deepening relationships with leading banks, and significantly expanding its global reach.

The integration of Realtime-XLS into Finshape's Digital Bank Operating System (DBOS) brings advanced loyalty management capabilities to the platform. This solution is designed to support sustainable growth in a competitive market by enabling banks to maximize customer lifetime value and strengthen wallet share.

With the acquisition, Finshape welcomes 60 loyalty specialists into its organisation, further bolstering its capabilities in this critical area. The integration supports banks globally by enabling them to reward customer behaviour and strengthen customer engagement through advanced loyalty capabilities. While specific bank names were not mentioned, the platform targets financial institutions worldwide, including micro- and small business customers.

JenoΜ‹ Nieder, Deputy CEO at PortfoLion Capital Partners, made a statement regarding the acquisition, suggesting that it adds new capabilities and global coverage to Finshape. The acquisition aligns with Finshape's buy-and-build strategy and has resulted in Finshape now comprising nearly 600 professionals.

The acquisition also extends Finshape's international footprint with new offices in France and Singapore. However, details about the integration of Realtime-XLS into the DBOS and the specifics of the integration process were not provided in the statement.
