Grand Casino Poker Series: Day 1b of Mini Main Event Concludes with 155 Entries, Led by 'Lambo' and 'Master Chief'

Day 1b of the Mini Main Event at the Grand Casino Poker Series Master has concluded with 155 entries, led by players 'Lambo' and 'Master Chief'. The event featured a 280 CHF buy-in and a guaranteed prize pool of 300,000 CHF, with the top 5 players receiving a 10,000 CHF chipleader bonus.

14 players have advanced to Day 2, with over $100k in prizes already awarded. The event is on track to exceed 1,800 entries, potentially reaching a prize pool of over $595k. This is a significant increase from January's 4-Flight event, which had 1,565 entries on Day 1a, a 15.5% difference.

Josh O'Neill-Trotta leads the pack with an impressive stack of over 1.8 million chips. Benny Sarnelli is close behind with over a million chips. Notably, five players have stacks larger than half a million chips.

The Mini Main Event continues to attract players, with Day 1b's success setting the stage for a potentially record-breaking event. Day 2 will see the remaining players vying for a spot in the millionaires' club, with the top 5 players already guaranteed a 10,000 CHF chipleader bonus.
