"Greetings, family!": Parent-focused info and engagement session happening on 6th September at the city's library (for prospective parents)
On Saturday, 6th September 2025, Lünen City Library (Münsterstraße 21) will play host to a special event aimed at strengthening families and providing valuable resources for expectant parents and families with young children. This event, named "Hello Family!", is a unique opportunity not to be missed.
This free event, which runs from 10 am to 1 pm, does not require registration and is open to all. Expectant parents and families with children are warmly invited to attend. The focus of the event is on pregnancy, childbirth, and the early stages of parenthood, with topics such as baby sleep, first aid for children, and dental health set to be covered.
The day promises to be filled with interactive activities, including face painting, crafting, play stations, and a sibling diploma for older children. Various actors in the city's family work, including the Family Office, will be present for conversations at the event.
The aim of the event is to facilitate exchange and present low-threshold counseling and support services. It is not a repeated event, making the 6th September 2025 a significant date in the calendar for families in Lünen and the surrounding area.
