Guidelines for Greenhouse Gas Emissions Tracking, organized by Subdivisions

2010 marked the beginning of several regulatory initiatives. Subpart CC, Soda Ash Manufacturing, and Subpart NN, Suppliers of Natural Gas and Natural Gas Liquids, started their reporting. Simultaneously, Subpart OO, Suppliers of Industrial Greenhouse Gases, and Subpart T, Magnesium Production, also commenced operations. Additionally, Subpart II, Industrial Wastewater Treatment, and Subpart TT, Industrial Waste Landfills, were established.
The year 2010 also saw the inception of Subpart KK, Suppliers of Coal, and Subpart MM, Suppliers of Petroleum Products. However, these two subparts did not specify an initial reporting year.
2011 was a busy year, with Subpart JJ, Manure Management, and Subpart QQ, Imports and Exports of Equipment Pre-charged with Fluorinated GHGs or Containing Fluorinated GHGs in Closed-cell Foams, starting their operations. Additionally, Subpart ZZ, Ceramics Manufacturing, and Subpart VV, Geologic Sequestration of Carbon Dioxide with Enhanced Oil Recovery Using ISO 27916, are slated to begin their reporting.
Notably, in 2025, Ciner Wyoming LLC will be the current operator of Subpart CC-Soda Ash Manufacturing.
