"Halle's 'Play Day' event takes place on September 6th, 2025"
Get ready for an unforgettable day of gaming and fun as Halle Plays! returns to the city on September 6, 2025. This annual event, recognised as one of the largest analog gaming events in Saxony-Anhalt, promises a day filled with excitement and camaraderie for gamers of all ages.
The event will take place at multiple venues, including the Central Library, Volkshochschule Adolf Reichwein Halle, the adjacent schoolyard of the Lyonel-Feininger-Gymnasium, and even the Hallmarkt.
The organisers, Würfelglück e.V., have planned a diverse range of activities for attendees. Tabletop fans can immerse themselves in fantastical worlds and even paint their own miniatures. For strategy enthusiasts, a Go club will offer insights into the intricate world of strategy games.
For those who enjoy a bit of competition, a large game safari will lead across the venues, inviting children and families to collect stamps. Completing 7 stations will grant participants access to a tombola, where they can win attractive game prizes.
In addition to the gaming activities, refreshments will be provided by a cake bazaar, and an interactive bouncy castle will provide hours of fun for the little ones. A balloon artist will also be present, adding a touch of whimsy to the event.
Halle's table football club, "Kixx'n'trixx", will be participating in the event, and trading card game players can engage in matches with Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, and other games, even with rental decks.
Admission to the event is free, making it accessible to all. The city library will remain open until 6 pm, offering gaming activities on all floors, including the reading courtyard. Dice Luck e.V. will bring its extensive game library for attendees to use.
This year, the "Favorite Game of the Dice Luck e.V." will be presented at the event. Tohuwabohohu will provide movement and fun activities to keep the energy high throughout the day.
