Hamburg police are currently inviting witnesses to provide evidence for a potential hate crime that occurred in the district of St. Pauli.

In the heart of Hamburg-St. Pauli, on August 27, 2025, a disturbing incident unfolded at the Park Fiction on Pinnasberg / Antonistraße. A 55-year-old man was subjected to homophobic insults and threats, leaving the community in shock.

The State Office of Criminal Investigation (LKA 73) is currently handling the investigation, working diligently to identify the perpetrator. As of now, the suspect's identity remains unknown, and the direction of their escape is unclear.
