Hockey team Bullsharks, police force's contingent based in Cologne, Poland
On March 28, 2025, at 7:45 PM, the Troisdorf Ice Sports Hall, Uckendorfer StraΓe 135, will host a thrilling charity ice hockey tournament. This event, organised by the Bullsharks Cologne, brings together first responder teams in a sporting challenge.
The current champions, the Police Penguins Krefeld, will be joining forces with the Bullsharks Cologne, Ruhr Cops Bochum, and Backdraft Cologne. This promises an exciting competition, as each team showcases their skills on the ice.
Admission to the tournament is free, making it accessible to all. However, the event encourages donations, with the funds raised supporting three noble causes. The North Rhine-Westphalian Police Foundation, the German Firefighters' Association's Help for Helpers Foundation, and the Cologne Ambulant Children's Hospice Service will all benefit from the games.
The Bullsharks Cologne, the hosts of this event, are celebrating their 10-year anniversary. While there is no information available about who the patron of the Bullsharks Cologne will be in 2025, their commitment to charity work remains unwavering.
For further inquiries, the press office of the Rhein-Sieg District Police Headquarters can be contacted at 02241/541-2222 or [email protected].
The Police Penguins Krefeld, the reigning champions, will be looking to defend their title, while the Bullsharks Cologne, Ruhr Cops Bochum, and Backdraft Cologne will be eager to claim victory. Regardless of the outcome, this event promises to be a night of excitement and camaraderie, all in the name of charity.
