Break-in and Vehicle Damage Reported in Bad Hersfeld

Two incidents of property damage have been reported in the town of Bad Hersfeld, Germany, according to local police.

On Saturday, August 30, between 3 PM and 9:30 PM, unknown individuals gained entry to an apartment in a multi-family house on Neumarkt street by prying open the door with an unknown tool. The perpetrators searched the rooms and made off with cash and jewelry, causing an estimated material damage of approximately 100 Euros.

In a separate incident, a black Opel Corsa parked on a parking lot in Saarlandstraße was scratched between Friday, August 29, at 5 PM, and Saturday, August 30, around 5:30 PM. The damage is estimated to be around 200 Euros. The perpetrators used an unknown object to damage the rear of the vehicle.
