International Game Technology (IGT) has once again demonstrated its commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace by achieving a top score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation's 2025 Corporate Equality Index (CEI).

The CEI assesses how businesses promote LGBTQ+ policies across the United States and overseas, evaluating companies on non-discrimination, equitable benefits, and corporate social responsibility, among other factors. In 2025, nearly 1,500 organizations participated in the CEI.

To secure the top score, IGT dedicated time and resources to implementing various programs, policies, and changes aimed at promoting workplace diversity and inclusion. Among these initiatives, IGT implemented LGBTQ+ job boards and positions to ensure a more inclusive hiring process, created transgender-inclusive restrooms and other facilities, and provided mandatory and elective training for employees to raise cultural awareness and combat unconscious bias.

Furthermore, IGT employees were given the option to select and share their preferred pronouns with coworkers, and the company adopted gender-neutral dress code practices. Blake mentioned that IGT is continuously evolving its policies, practices, and benefits to ensure it remains an inclusive employer for LGBTQ+ professionals.

The HRC's recognition of IGT motivates the company to continue fostering a culture where all employees feel valued. Blake stated, "This achievement demonstrates our unwavering commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels included and respected.
