In a recent incident in the heart of Erfurt, Germany, a 43-year-old man found himself in trouble with the law. On Tuesday evening, the man was stopped by the Thuringian Police while riding an E-scooter in Andreasstraße.

According to the police report, the man's breathalyzer test showed a reading of over 0.4% alcohol, indicating that he was driving under the influence. Moreover, the man was also charged for violating the compulsory insurance law, as the insurance plate attached to his E-scooter was not issued for the vehicle.
