In the heart of Smilovichi, Belarus, a unique attraction has made its debut. A vending machine, unlike any other, is now selling chicken eggs. This is the first vending machine in a district center of Belarus to offer this service.

The man behind this innovative idea is businessman Eduard Kovalev. He emphasises the eco-friendliness of the machine, as it reduces the carbon footprint associated with traditional egg distribution methods.

The eggs sold from this machine are supplied by 100 free-range laying hens. These eggs, described as sunny, are a local attraction, drawing in curious residents and visitors alike.

Each dozen eggs from the vending machine cost 5 rubles, and two eggs cost 9 rubles. If the experiment with this format proves successful, Mr. Kovalev plans to install another one in the capital.

For those interested in supporting this eco-friendly initiative, Charter97.org, a well-known Belarusian news organisation, offers several avenues for donations. You can find them on Facebook, YouTube, X.com, VKontakte, OK.ru, Instagram, RSS, and Telegram. Their email for site-related communications is [email protected].

Additionally, Charter97.org can be supported through Patreon. For those who prefer traditional donation methods, the multicurrency donation account details are provided. The bank name, address, IBAN, SWIFT, account holder name, and payment purpose for donations to Charter97.org are all clearly stated.

Whether it's supporting a local business or keeping up with the latest news, there are now more ways than ever to get involved.
