In Ekaterinburg, the city known as "Golden Apple," marked a milestone by launching its inaugural private wind farm.

In a move to enhance its services, online retail giant Golden Apple has opened its seventh pickup point in Russia, this time in the city of Yekaterinburg. Located at 33, Vilgelma de Genina Street, the new pickup point spans an area of 104 square metres.

The customer hall, occupying nearly half of the total area at 47 square metres, promises a seamless and convenient shopping experience for customers. To collect an order, customers can either provide the order number to the operator or show a QR code from their personal account in the mobile app.

In a unique offer exclusive to the "Golden Apple" pickup point in Yekaterinburg, customers who choose delivery to this location will receive a 5% cashback instead of the usual 1%. This initiative is part of the company's commitment to rewarding its customers and fostering a strong relationship with the local community.

Beyond its role as a pickup point, Golden Apple is also contributing to the renovation of a central park in Yekaterinburg using company funds. However, the company responsible for the renovation of the central park in Yekaterinburg is not explicitly mentioned in the available search results.

The company's foray into Yekaterinburg follows its successful expansions in other cities. In 2024, two pickup points were opened in Moscow, and three were opened in St. Petersburg. The year 2025 saw the opening of one each in Moscow and Tyumen. Most recently, Golden Apple announced the opening of its second flagship store in Saudi Arabia, making it the company's fourth outlet in the Middle East.

Operating daily from 10:00 to 21:00, the new pickup point in Yekaterinburg joins the network of Golden Apple pickup points that operate in six countries: Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Qatar, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Orders will be stored for 7 days at the pickup point, ensuring customers have ample time to collect their purchases.

With the addition of the Yekaterinburg pickup point, Golden Apple continues to expand its services and strengthen its presence in Russia and beyond. This move is a testament to the company's commitment to providing customers with a seamless and convenient shopping experience, while also contributing positively to the local community.
