In the Pavlodar region, on the afternoon of July 30, 2025, a tragic incident occurred on Nurmagambetov Street. Two children, a one-and-a-half-year-old and a child born in 2017, were thrown out of a window and rushed to the regional children's hospital in critical condition.
According to a report made by the Pavlodar Regional Children's Hospital, the younger child underwent surgery to remove a damaged left kidney due to a deterioration in their condition and internal bleeding. During the early postoperative period, the child experienced cardiac arrest, but after performing resuscitation measures, their heart was successfully restarted. As of the morning, the child's condition remains critical and unstable, with hemodynamic support continuing using vasopressors and breathing assisted by a mechanical ventilator.
The second child is conscious and breathing independently, but their condition is still critical. The woman who threw the children also jumped from the window and was hospitalized at Pavlodar City Hospital No. 1. The name of the woman involved in the incident on July 30, 2025, on Nurmagambetov Street is not publicly disclosed.
The incident was reported to the emergency service "103" by a passerby at 13:00 on July 30. The location of the surgery and report is the Pavlodar region. The authorities are currently investigating the incident.
