In a bizarre incident that unfolded on the streets of Rosenheim, a 30-year-old man from the BruckmĂŒhl area found himself in police custody. The events that transpired on Monday, August 25th, have sparked a criminal investigation.

The incident began when the 30-year-old man encountered another man on the street. In a sudden and violent turn of events, the 30-year-old allegedly sprayed the other man in the face with animal repellent spray. The blow was deflected, but the altercation did not end there.

In response, the attacked man retaliated by striking the 30-year-old with a metal post. The police, who arrived at the scene shortly after, found the 30-year-old man dishevelled and visibly agitated.

Upon investigation, the police secured the animal repellent spray and proceeded to arrest the 30-year-old. Despite inhaling the spray, the officers remained fit for duty. A breath alcohol test for the 30-year-old showed a level of 1.44 per mille.

A drug test for the 30-year-old was also conducted and was found to be positive. The Criminal Police are now investigating the incident, focusing on the allegations of bodily harm.

The identity of the 30-year-old has not been disclosed, as per the available information. The police operation in ZĂŒlpich at 10 PM on Monday night remains under investigation.
