In the quiet towns of Ellwangen and Neresheim, two hit-and-run incidents have left authorities scratching their heads.

On Thursday evening, around 20:15, a tractor driver was involved in a collision on the L1084 from Neresheim towards Elchingen. The tractor veered onto the oncoming lane and collided with a truck. Despite the accident, the tractor driver did not stop to deal with the damage and fled the scene, causing approximately 5,000 Euros worth of damage. The identity of this driver remains unknown.

Meanwhile, in Max-Eyth-Straße, Ellwangen, an unknown motorist damaged a garage between Thursday evening at 6 pm and Friday morning at 9 am. The damage to the garage is estimated to be around 20,000 Euros.
