Inhabitants puzzled by break-in intruder

In the heart of Bielefeld, an unidentified individual committed a burglary in a multi-family dwelling on Wacholderweg near Rabenhof Street around noon on an unspecified day.

The suspect, described as a man in his 50s, stands approximately 180 cm tall and has a stocky build. He was wearing a dark puffer jacket and has long gray-black hair combed back, with a full beard.

According to reports, the suspect gained access to the upper floor of the building and forced his way into one of the apartments. A resident who was present at the time surprised the burglar, causing him to immediately flee the scene, taking with him a stolen Olympus camera.

The police are urging residents to always keep the main entrance door of multi-family dwellings locked to prevent such incidents. Those with information about the suspect or the incident are encouraged to contact the Control Center at 0521/545-0, or the Criminal Investigation Department 13, which is accepting witness statements.

The police remind the public that the suspect who entered the apartment building near Wacholderweg and Rabenhofstraße at 12:00 PM and committed the robbery is not publicly identified. The police are working diligently to identify and apprehend the suspect and ask for the public's help in providing any relevant information.
