Injured blind man seeks witness for information
In Bielefeld, Germany, a disturbing incident took place at the Artur-Ladebeck-StraΓe, near Haller Weg bus stop, where a 67-year-old blind man was attacked and injured.
At 10:00 AM, the victim was at the elevated platform, seeking directions for the train. An unknown person, whom witnesses describe as being aged 25 to 40, approximately 190 cm tall, slim, with short dark hair, a European appearance, and speaking German, approached him. Instead of providing assistance, the unknown individual is reported to have insulted the blind man.
The attacker then pushed the man, causing him to fall and sustain severe injuries. The suspect, who was wearing dark jogging pants and a grey T-shirt, fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction.
Emergency services were immediately called, and the victim received medical treatment at the scene before being taken to a hospital for further treatment.
