Inner City Transportation on a Harvest Tuesday: Routine Bus Services Continue

On Monday, 03.03.2025, the city bus lines in Innstadt will operate as on regular school days, providing a normal service for commuters. However, there will be some changes due to the Fasching parade, which will cause traffic disruptions in certain areas.

Detour signs will be posted via Lindental, Muffatstraße, Schärdinger Straße, and Linzer Straße on the same day to accommodate the parade route. It's important to note that the search results do not provide information about the organizer of the Fasching events in Innstadt from March 3 to 7, 2025, leading to special traffic restrictions.

In the afternoon, from 13:13 to 14:30, there will be a traffic closure on Kapuzinerstraße, Schmiedgasse, and Kirchenplatz due to the Fasching parade. During this time, the "Kirchenplatz" bus stop will be closed, with "Jahnstraße" serving as an alternative stop.

Some bus lines will also be affected by the parade. Line 3, 4 will not operate between ZOB - Achleiten - ZOB at 13:00, 13:30, and 14:00, but will resume normal service at 14:45. Similarly, Line K1 will not operate between ZOB - Mariahilf/ Mayrhof - ZOB at 13:15 and 14:15, but will resume normal service at 15:15.

Despite these disruptions, regular Saturday service will be in effect on 03.03.2025. The city bus lines will continue to operate on Tuesday, 04.03.2025, following the school day schedule. From Wednesday, 05.03.2025 to Friday, 07.03.2025, the bus lines will operate as on regular school days (Monday - Friday).

Lastly, the sales office at ZOB will be open from 07:30 to 12:00 on 03.03.2025, providing an opportunity for passengers to purchase tickets or seek assistance.

We advise passengers to plan their journeys accordingly and check the latest updates on the city's official transportation website for any further changes or updates.
