Innovative Plug-In Hybrid Models Debut in UAE Chery Showrooms

The Chinese automotive manufacturer, Chery, has taken a significant step forward in the Emirates by introducing plug-in hybrid electric mobility. The launch of the TIGGO 9 PHEV and Arrizo 8 PHEV models marks a commitment to innovation in the automotive industry.

The TIGGO 9 PHEV boasts a high-capacity battery of 34.46KWH, offering up to 170 km in pure electric range. Powered by an advanced dual motor hybrid system, it delivers up to 610 Hp combined hybrid output power and up to 920 Nm combined hybrid output torque.

The Arrizo 8 PHEV, on the other hand, offers a pure electric range of 118 km. Its battery features 800 safety checks every 5 minutes, IP68 water and dust protection, and a rapid power cut-off system for enhanced safety. The interior is equipped with a 24.6" dual infotainment and cluster display, providing an elevated driving experience with premium audio.

Both models offer seamless wireless connectivity through Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, allowing drivers to mirror their favourite apps, navigation tools, and entertainment directly onto the central display.
