In the world of automobiles, the spotlight is shifting towards China as the country continues to make its mark in the global industry. This week, we're taking a look at the history of Chinese cars in Russia and the exciting new models set to debut at the Shanghai Auto Show.

First up, the Brilliance A4 sedan, which made its debut at the Shanghai Auto Show in 2011. The A4 sedan, equipped with a 1.6 engine, boasts a top speed of 176km/h and a fuel consumption of 6.9 litres per 100 kilometers. It measures 4708x1788x1475 and has a wheelbase of 2700. The sedan is expected to be listed in August, and it's likely to offer engines of 1.4, 1.6, and 1.8.

At the helm of Brilliance, the company's chairman, Franz Decker, will present the new A4 sedan at the Shanghai Auto Show next month.

Moving on, another exciting development in China's automotive landscape is the upcoming Tank 700, an off-road SUV designed specifically for the Chinese market, as reported by China Spy Shots.
