Ostrom, a Certified B Corp and Europe's leading energy management platform, is seeking an engaged and solution-oriented intern to join their Customer Support team. Based in Germany, Ostrom is not only the country's fastest-growing digital green energy provider but also the home of Germany's first virtual power plant, NeoGrid.

Your role will involve providing written customer support, managing operational processes, and finding pragmatic and sustainable solutions to issues. You'll also have the opportunity to learn about energy market-related topics such as market communication and EDIFACT, with no prior knowledge necessary.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate speaks fluent German (at least C1 level) and has good English skills (at least B2 level). You should be currently studying or on a gap year, work well in a written, solution-oriented, and structured manner, enjoy helping customers, and be excited about teamwork in a dynamic startup environment.
