The EuroBasket tournament, named #EUROBASKET, is currently underway, and several teams are making their mark. One such team is Germany, who have been impressing with their performances so far.

Germany has secured three convincing wins in the tournament, with a total difference of 71 points. This strong start has put them on a good path to achieve their first goal of being the first in their group. As of now, they are in the round of 16.

Coach Alan Ibrahimagic, stepping in due to Alex Mumbru's illness, has been leading the team admirably. Mumbru could potentially return to the sidelines for the final round in Riga.

The team's success can be attributed to their cohesive play, with Daniel Theis describing the EuroBasket tournament as feeling like a "boys' trip" for the German team.

Meanwhile, other teams have faced setbacks. Spain, for instance, lost to Georgia in their opening match. France, who played against Israel, also received a 69:82 thrashing from the underdogs, dealing a significant blow to their qualification dreams.

France played the first week of the tournament without absolute top stars like Victor Wembanyama. On the other hand, Serbia will be without injured top player Bogdan Bogdanovic for the rest of the tournament.

Germany's next mandatory match is against Britain on Monday at 3:30 PM, which will be broadcast on MagentaSport and RTL. The outcome of this match could further solidify Germany's position in the tournament.

As the EuroBasket tournament continues, teams will need to step up their game to challenge the rising German team. The race to become European champions is heating up, and it promises to be an exciting finish.
