Convenience Store Robbery in Neuss's Gnadental District
A robbery took place at a convenience store on KonradstraΓe in Neuss's Gnadental neighborhood on Monday, October 12, 2020, at 12:18 PM. The incident involved two unknown suspects who demanded cash and tobacco products.
The suspects, both around 20 years old, were dressed in black hoodies and black jogging pants. One of the suspects was approximately 170 cm (5'7") tall, while the other was around 180 cm (5'11"). They were also wearing masks covering their mouths and noses.
The store's surveillance camera captured images of the suspects during the robbery. The photos, attached to the police report, show the suspects' distinct builds. One was slim, while the other was muscular.
The suspects threatened the employee with a knife and a firearm during the robbery. After the robbery, they fled on foot towards Gagelweg. The suspects' loot was packed in a black sports bag with gray trim.
The police are encouraging anyone with information to contact them. However, the first names of the two suspects are not publicly available, and no further details about their identities have been provided.
