The automotive world is eagerly awaiting the unveiling of Geely's latest creation, the Emgrand-branded EX7 SUV. Set to make its grand entrance at the Beijing Auto Show towards the end of this month, the SUV is generating a buzz with its striking design and promising specifications.
Two engine options will be available for the Emgrand-branded EX7. The first is a 1.8 litre four-cylinder engine that produces 102kw at 6000rpm and delivers 172Nm at 4100rpm. The second, more powerful, engine is a 2.0 litre four-cylinder unit that outputs 106kw at 6000rpm and delivers 188Nm between 4000-4200rpm.
The exact price of the Emgrand-branded EX7 SUV is estimated to be around 160,000 rmb, but further details about production and unveiling are yet to be announced. What we do know is that the SUV will be equipped with both the 1.8 litre and 2.0 litre engines, with a diesel four-cylinder option also available.
In addition, a 4x4 version of the Emgrand-branded EX7 SUV is planned for release in the future, although no specific timeline has been provided.
