Municipality of Stemwede Extends Partnership with Depenbrock for Five More Years
The municipality of Stemwede in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, has announced an extension of its partnership with construction conglomerate Depenbrock. The new contract will commence on January 1, 2026, and will run for a term of five years.
The successful collaboration between the municipality and Depenbrock began in 2020, with Depenbrock handling the technical management of the municipality's properties. This includes the management of 37 properties, such as schools, kindergartens, sports facilities, fire station buildings, chapel buildings, the town hall, and other public buildings.
Depenbrock coordinates all technical services, including trouble reports in the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. The CAFM software enables real-time display of all property processes, allowing for the creation of individual status reports and evaluations.
In addition to their technical services, Depenbrock provides specific recommendations for the municipality's budget and action planning. Regular property inspections are a part of their tasks, ensuring the proper maintenance and efficient operation of the public buildings.
