Investigation leads to Camposol in the case of the two missing individuals
In the small town of Mazarron, Spain, the Guardia Civil has made a chilling discovery. Potential human remains have been found in a house within the Camposol urbanization, sparking renewed interest in the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of José Patricio Chango and Edwin Guillermo Cambal.
The two men, aged 43 and 32 respectively, were last seen leaving tools in a storage area at the back of the Camposol gas station before getting into José Patricio's car. The trail of the pair goes cold after they left the gas station.
The search for José Patricio and Edwin Guillermo began as part of a broader investigation, with authorities conducting extensive inquiries in the area. At least one person has been arrested in connection with the case, with Francisco Ivån Vizuete being identified as the suspect.
The family of José Patricio and Edwin Guillermo, who shared a home in Camposol and worked in pool cleaning, sought help from the Ecuadorian consulate and conducted searches in Camposol and the nearby Country Club urbanization. They lost contact with José Patricio on April 16, and when they still had no news a week later, their concern grew.
The family specifically searched for them in the area where their mobile phone signals disappeared in the early hours of April 16. JosĂ© Patricio's car was seen being driven by three unknown individuals, according to his family, soon after at a Fuente Ălamo gas station.
The investigation into the disappearance of José Patricio Chango and Edwin Guillermo Cambal is ongoing. DNA tests will be crucial in determining the identity of the remains found, and authorities will conduct identification work to confirm if they are indeed those of José Patricio and Edwin Guillermo.
Initially, the family thought the lack of response could be due to the Easter holidays. However, as days turned into weeks, their fears grew. The suspect had no direct relationship with the missing men but had only crossed paths with them by chance.
As the community of Camposol waits for answers, the hope is that the discovery of potential human remains will bring some closure to the families of José Patricio and Edwin Guillermo. The investigation continues, and the community remains united in its quest for justice.
