Investigators seek out additional witnesses to aid their inquiry

In the districts of Hanau and Main-Kinzig, several incidents of vehicle damages and thefts have been reported over the past few days.

In Gelnhausen, an unknown individual damaged a Mercedes C 180's rear bumper while its owner was shopping in the Lidl market's parking lot on Tuesday between 6.50 PM and 7.05 PM. Witnesses are asked to contact the Gelnhausen police station for more information.

Meanwhile, in Hanau, a man, approximately 1.80 meters tall, with black short hair, wearing a black vest, white pullover, and black pants, damaged a Hyundai's left side mirror around 2.20 AM on Wednesday.

In a separate incident in Bruchköbel, an unknown individual caused several thousand euros in damage to a white Mercedes V-Class by scratching it with a sharp object between Saturday 8 PM and Monday 6 AM. The Langenselbold police station is accepting tips about this case.

The Hanau Criminal Police is also requesting tips about the theft of an expensive Audi Q7 with Keyless Go function from a courtyard between Tuesday 8.45 PM and Wednesday 7 AM in Erlensee.

The damages caused to the vehicles range from 150 euros to several thousand euros.
