LifeSpeak, a leading digital preventative well-being provider, has announced a significant change in leadership. Michael Held, the founder of LifeSpeak, has appointed Jason Campana as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Held expressed his excitement about the appointment, praising Campana's experience and vision.

Campana, who previously served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at LifeSpeak, takes over the helm with a clear mission: to grow and redefine well-being across industries. He emphasises LifeSpeak's role as a preventative health powerhouse, aiming to help individuals maintain their health and well-being before issues arise.

One of the key initiatives under Campana's leadership is the newly expanded Adaptive Fitness series. Designed for individuals with injuries, chronic conditions, or mobility challenges, this series aims to provide tailored fitness solutions that promote health and well-being.

LifeSpeak's approach combines AI-driven tools with expert content, encouraging early intervention and proactive health management. This strategy has proven effective, with 90.5% of LifeSpeak users making fewer visits to doctors or therapists. Moreover, 97% of LifeSpeak members find the platform helpful in managing stress and avoiding burnout.

Lowering burnout by just 10% can save a 1,000-person company approximately $500,000 annually, making LifeSpeak's services a valuable investment for businesses.

Following a go-private transaction and $50 million in new funding, LifeSpeak is pursuing growth. The company currently reaches over 14 million people across 1,000 organisations.

Michael Held will remain on the board and serve as chair of the advisory board, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of LifeSpeak's mission.

Campana brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having spent more than a decade at Wellbeats before joining LifeSpeak. With his leadership, LifeSpeak is poised to make a significant impact in the realm of preventative health and well-being.
